Billings Road – Pūhoi
Kāpehu Civil delivered a significant civil infrastructure package for Capital X Projects at Billings Road, Pūhoi, with a contract value of approximately $1.1 million.
The works included the installation of major stormwater infrastructure, incorporating 525mm to 900mm diameter concrete pipelines, along with the construction of double-barrel 2m box culverts.
Kāpehu also delivered approximately 500 linear metres of timber retaining walls up to 3m high, including specialist palisade retaining systems with reinforced concrete capping beams, together with extensive rock armouring for erosion protection and long-term stability.
The project demonstrates Kāpehu’s capability to self-deliver complex drainage, structural retaining and civil infrastructure packages, combining heavy civil construction experience with strong technical delivery across challenging sites.
